Xtreme: So Monique, you look like the hot girl-next-door, are people shocked when they learn that you’re a porn star?
Monique: My image has always been the girl-next-door, so a lot of people are surprised at what I do. Now that I have a lot more tattoos these days, I think my girl-next-door image is starting to fade a little bit (laughs), but it seems people say I’ve still got it, so, I don’t know. It surprises them, because when I walk down the street, people don’t think I’m a porn star. I don’t fit the stereotype at all.
Xtreme: How did you get started in porn? How long have you been in the business up to this point?
Monique: When did I get started? Oh this infamous question. I got started seven years ago last month. I got in when I was 19 years old. So yes, I’m 26.
Xtreme: You don’t even look it.
Monique: Four years to 30, crazy. I was a dancer in Sacramento, California. I was a receptionist by day and a dancer by night because I couldn’t live off of eight dollars an hour. An agent came in one night and was like, “hey would you like to be in Hustler and all that stuff?” and I was like, “Sure! Why not?” because in California the only way you can dance at 18 is to be fully nude. I was already getting naked, so I was like, ‘Fuck it. I might as well be in a magazine.’ I’d make more money and so I’ve been around ever since.
Xtreme: Excellent. So how long have you been with Vivid?
Monique: I’m going on four years with Vivid. I’m extremely happy and I love them to death. I’m not quite sure if they’ll sign me next year because I’ve gotten a lot of tattoos, but it’s been a wonderful experience. I think they’re the best and I love everyone there.
Xtreme:: With all the beautiful stars that work for Vivid, do you have a favorite Vivid star? Who is it and why?
Monique: One of my favorite Vivid stars is Sunny Leone. I think she’s absolutely wonderful. She’s probably one of the coolest chicks in the world. She’s down-to-earth and absolutely gorgeous and when we go places, she holds me like a man at night when we sleep. (laughs)
Xtreme: Nice! Do you have any recent projects that you’re working on?
Monique: I actually have a lot of recent projects. I’m going around feature dancing. I’ll be feature dancing in New York next month and then I’ll be in Arizona dancing as well. I’m getting ready to shoot a live pilot for Comedy Central. So cross your fingers everyone, if the live pilot works it’s me with another comedian named Sam Tripoli and it’s supposed to be a really funny show and I’m really excited
Xtreme: I’m sure your fans will be looking for that one. You’ve just got into featuring. How’s that going for you? Do you like it?
Monique: I love featuring. I was a dancer prior to getting into the business and I just love dancing. I came out of the womb kicking my feet. (Laughs) I love being on stage and entertaining people.
Xtreme: Okay. So we’re going to get a little personal here. What is your chest size? Is that all natural? Have you considered getting a boob job?
Monique: Well my chest size, depending on the day, sometimes I’m a really nice 32B. If I’m lucky I’m a 32C on a good day. Getting my boobs done, I’ve definitely thought about it, a lot. A lot of people would cut my head off if I did because they think I already have great boobs, but sometimes I want them to be a little bigger, but not ginormous, but to have them a little fuller would be awesome.
Xtreme: How do you have such great longevity when some girls seem to come and go within a year when you’ve been around for as long as you have?
Monique: The reason I have longevity, I believe, is when I first got into the industry, I was very smart with the way that I took my career. I only did girl/girl for three and half years and I only did things I felt comfortable doing, which I think is very important in this industry. I think a lot of these young girls come in and they think, “oh I have to do this because if I don’t my agent will never book me again,” or, “I can’t just do this” or people just see that dollar sign and they just jump in and then they get burnt out. Some of these girls come in and they make 50 movies in one month and it is, well, honey you’re done. You can’t really do much after that. You’re overshot and that’s why they’re gone. Take your time. Go slow. Be smart about it.
Xtreme: Is the sky the limit? Have you been involved in threesomes? Have you done DPs yet? Where do you draw the line? Is there anything you won’t do for the camera?
Monique: I will not do bukkaki or gang bangs. I don’t want to do double penetration. If it’s something I haven’t done in my personal life, it’s not something I feel comfortable doing on film. To me, I’ve done two guys at once and it’s fucking hard. It’s overwhelming. I’m too busy having sex and enjoying it and I’m like, ‘oh I’ve got to do this too?”
Xtreme: What are the differences between Monique on screen and Monique off-screen?
Monique: There are a lot of differences, but then we’re a lot of alike. Monique is my real name, but there’s Monique the real person and then there’s Monique Alexander. I’m more shy in my personal life. Yeah, I know. Hard to believe, but I can get extremely shy, especially when it comes to sex. If it’s a new partner, uh, well I can be aggressive like on screen, I like my hair pulled, but I’m a little more timid with somebody new because I don’t want to scare them away. (laughs) I can get a little nervous so that’s the biggest difference. The other off-screen thing is I usually don’t wear this much make-up. I hate wearing make up.
Xtreme: Who has the biggest cock that you’ve ever fucked?
Monique: Oh that’s a great question! Biggest cock…I’ve actually had a couple of big guys. I believe, I think I always say this, but Manuel Ferrara. He’s a Frenchman and I worked with him and he’s to die for. It’s the only time I ever got to work with him, which makes me a little sad. His is pretty big. I’ve worked with Rocco and people think Rocco is bigger, but I don’t know. I remember with Manuel I could barely get my mouth around it and I have a pretty big mouth. So, I think he was the biggest.
Xtreme: Do you think your a naturally horny person?
Monique: I’m definitely a naturally horny person. My mother told me when I was a little girl, my grandmother told her, that when I was one or two years old, she thought I was already masturbating. (laughs)
Monique: Yeah, isn’t that crazy?
Xtreme: Starting a little early.
Monique: Very early. I remember though when I was younger I used to hump my blanket so I remember at a very young age being very stimulated.
Xtreme: What’s the kinkiest thing you’ve ever done in your personal life?
Monique: I don’t know why it is, but I guess it’s a good quality, but a lot of couples like to have threesomes with me. I think it’s because one, they’re attracted to me, and two, they know I’m not going to chase after their man afterwards. One time, I was with Sunny Leone and her boyfriend at the time, we were at the Playboy Mansion for a party. She and I had these lingerie outfits on and he was dressed in a ‘one-sy’, you know like with feet, everything zipped up in gingham, and we had a threesome by the monkey cages at the Playboy Mansion.
Xtreme: Where’s the craziest place you’ve ever had sex?
Monique: Besides the Playboy Mansion?
Xtreme: Besides the Playboy Mansion.
Monique: Fuck. I’ve had sex in so many random places. You know, I’ve had sex one time in the back of my car in the parking lot at the Stratosphere Hotel. I mean that’s pretty crazy right? People were walking by. We were in a parking garage and it was the middle of the day, so people were coming and going to their cars.
Xtreme: What about where you’d want to have sex, but haven’t had it yet?
Monique: I’d like to do it in maybe an airport or maybe the bathroom of a club. That’d be hot. I like the beach, but I don’t think it’s that crazy to do it on the beach. That’s more romantic than hot.
Xtreme: I hope your fans are all seeing and hearing this. Are you single?
Monique: Yes, I am. I’m happily single.
Xtreme: What do you look for in a guy or a girl to catch your attention?
Monique: Personality is key; someone who can make me laugh, a free spirit. I’m really spiritual. I believe in energies and aura and all the craziness, so someone who has a good aura or energy about them attracts me to them. Somebody’s who not arrogant. I like confidence, but not arrogance.
Xtreme: Where’s the best place for your fans to get in touch with you?
Monique: The best place I would have to say would be my MySpace. Even though I know some of you people hit me up on MySpace, please realize, nobody helps me with that. I do it all on my own. I don’t have an assistant. I have nobody helping me with it and I have a lot going on in my life. Maybe it’s my own fault because I’m a little controlling and I want to do it all myself. I try to get back to everyone who contacts me on MySpace, but it’s the best space to reach me at www.myspace.com/momoakamonique.
Xtreme: Thank you, Monique. We look forward to seeing you again soon and we hope you have a great career.
Monique: Thank you.
