You are a very inspiring to me. Just for the record I don’t expect a response… You see, I was in an incredibly horrible car accident. It changed my life. Along with re-learning how to walk, I’ve had to rethink my career to something less physically demanding. [although you'd never know because I was fully healed to the same state of health before my accident]

To cut to the chase, I feel like the only reason I survived is because I’ve always felt it was my calling to do something on set in the film/tv production industry.[anything....literally even be a coffee-bitch]

Part of me feels as though it’s merely a dream though… I don’t want fame or fortune – merely just work on set. However; being 24 and currently residing in my hometown Tulsa, OK – I have no experience other than short films, editing/cameraman for local news and a tv show here… and I don’t have money to support myself or the slightest clue of an idea of where to start. I’m selling my car and belongings to get out there come hell or high water b/c I turn 25 this aug & feel like times fading away.

What would be any advice you could give to someone whom wants just a CHANCE at ANY job in the industry whom has 0 connections or anything? At this point anything can and will help as words of advice. I doubt I get a response but thank you so much for at least giving me a reason to feel like I have a tiny hope of actually getting out there and finding work until I can get an industry job that’d pay enough for me to pay bills and that’s it… I’m not greedy – i just want to tell or be a part of cinematic storytelling….
